As a working student in KONUX’ People & Culture team Recruiting, you will play a key role in shaping our future by attracting, identifying and onboarding brilliant people to grow our team. You adapt quickly to a new environment, seek to be challenged by your work and are able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture. This working student position will give you insights into how recruiting works in a fast-paced startup and will help prepare you for a potential future career in the area of Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition. Owning the end-to-end recruiting process for interns and working students at KONUX, incl. writing and publishing job ads, screening applications and conducting interviews - and no worries, we support you!
Supporting the onboarding of new joiners
Supporting in Employer Branding activities such as developing content (videos, text, graphics) for KONUX’ career website and social media channels
Supporting the team in measuring relevant People & Culture KPIs
Handling of daily administrative duties
At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, Communications or equivalent experience, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Ambitious personality and willingness to learn
Reliable and highly structured working style
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills in English (basic communication skills in German are a plus)
Certificate of enrollment (exception gap-year)
Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)
