As a Sr. Recruiter & Employer Branding Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our company’s future by ensuring we attract, find and keep the right talent. You will enrich our existing recruiting team by your candidate-centric and metrics-driven mindset, and by laying the foundations of becoming the most attractive employer within our industry in Munich. The ideal candidate adapts quickly to a new environment, wants to be challenged and is able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture. You own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, and ensure a positive candidate/hiring manager experience throughout the entire hiring cycle
You leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing via Boolean etc.) to identify, assess and select the right candidates
You manage and represent KONUX at recruiting events and establish a candidate relationship management process for hard-to-fill roles
You support defining an Employer Branding strategy and translate it into tangible outputs, mainly for our career website and other externally facing platforms
You handle and improve daily administrative HR tasks & processes
3-5 years experience in talent acquisition
Proven track record in tech recruiting, including sourcing
Experience in employer branding
Reliable and highly structured working style
Solid MS Office skills
Full working proficiency both in English and German
Experience with content management systems and ATS is a plus
