As a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/x) at KONUX, you will be a member of the global Sales team and report to the Vice President Sales. By joining us, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from very experienced Sales professionals and be part of one of the most dynamic start-ups in the AI sector.
This position is the perfect starting point for a successful career path in key account selling. In the beginning, you will support the Regional Sales Directors and drive special initiatives. Over time you will take over accountability for your own partners and clients.
Represent KONUX at industry and Sales events
Support the preparation and participate in client meetings
Drive special sales projects, e.g. onsite support for partners to develop business models
Step by step take accountability for your own client and partner accounts
Support the business development team in entering into new growth geographies
Be a key member of the business intelligence initiatives by providing insights on the customers' global digitalization strategy
Administrate IT tools for Sales, such as Salesforce.com and Google Drive
Sales DNA and passion for building and maintaining business relationships
B.S. / B.A. degree in business administration or comparable vocational education
Structured, accurate and results-oriented working style
Relentless work ethic, never-give-up attitude and team player personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
Willingness to challenge yourself and develop your skills in order to be able to evolve in a growth company environment
First experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool is a plus
