The Role

We are looking for an client-focused, dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our close-knit team.  You will help to evolve the product vision and strategy of current and future offerings in the Railway Industry. You are a Railway Industry expert and continue to position KONUX as a thought leader and provider of transformational products. You will work closely with clients, industry participants and internal development, marketing, and sales teams to translate industry needs into viable software solutions. It is our mission to develop the best predictive maintenance solution in the world for our railway clients by providing state-of-the-art technology, support and service for our systems and by surpassing client expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify profitable opportunities that differentiate KONUX from the competition

  • Be the key product evangelist and industry expert for external users as well as internal teams

  • Own product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for product features 

  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the development process

  • Leverage data from research initiatives to shape product roadmap and business strategy

  • Work closely with engineering to ensure that customer needs are transformed into the best possible product and representative of the highest value we can deliver for our customers

  • Lead and coordinate product launch efforts with marketing, sales, services, and other customer-facing teams

  • Represent KONUX as thought leader and industry expert at customers, partners and industry events

Your Profile

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands-on software development experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in the rail industry, preferably with a focus on railway infrastructure

  • Experience managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead across a project team of peers

  • Ability to synthesize information to develop actionable recommendations and gain buy-in from leadership across the company

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and strategic third parties
