The Role

As an HRBP (internally: People & Culture Manager), you will be part of our fun, ambitious, and passionate People & Culture team. You will play a key role in shaping both our HR activities and our company culture by taking care of all related strategic and operational tasks. Your focus will be on further developing our existing Talent/Performance Management processes as well as adjusting the related compensation and benefits scheme at KONUX. The ideal candidate adapts quickly to our startup environment, is eager to consult both our employees and business leaders and builds HR products and services fitting to our strong company growth. Note: This is a full-time position but could be part-time (e.g. 50%) for the first months. We are open to discuss!

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic business partner to team leads and executives, and provide advice and guidance along the whole HR life cycle (recruiting, development, performance management etc.)

  • Be the point of contact for “your” group of employees regarding all administrative and other questions (incl. preparation of monthly payroll documents)

  • (Re-)Design of KONUX’ Performance Management cycle as well as Compensation & Benefits scheme

  • Integrate defined Performance Management processes into our HRIS (Personio) and develop communication material for both employees and managers to ensure adherence to defined processes 

  • Plan, run and steer annual calibration session with managers, translate development actions into concrete learning plans and prepare our annual salary adjustment process

  • Conceptualize, prepare and realize internal and external events

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years experience in either a generalist HR or specialist role in Talent/Performance Management

  • Solid experience in at least one of the following areas: Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development

  • Ambition to help build a successful company, a highly structured working style, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid MS Office skills, ideally experience with G-Suite

  • Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus

  • You do not have any experience in Performance Management

  • You hate working with numbers and deriving conclusions based on internal and external compensation benchmarks analysis
