The Role

As a Jr. Recruiter & Employer Branding Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our ongoing company growth by ensuring we attract, find and keep the right talent. You will enrich our existing recruiting team by your candidate-centric and metrics-driven mindset, and by laying the foundations of becoming the most attractive employer within our industry in Munich. The ideal candidate adapts quickly to a new environment, wants to be challenged and is able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture. The main goal is to support the growth of our amazing team. If you are passionate about Talent Acquisition, HR-Marketing and love to interact with people, we want you!

Your Responsibilities

  • You manage the end-to-end recruiting process (from defining the job description to creating an offer), and ensure a positive candidate/hiring manager experience throughout the entire hiring cycle

  • You work with various tools (Personio, LinkedIn, Xing, Stackoverflow etc.) to find and manage candidates 

  • You support the development of our Employer Value Proposition, and create content for our career website and social media channels

  • You manage and represent KONUX at recruiting events

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition, employer branding or related field

  • Reliable and highly structured working style

  • Sales mindset - you love actively looking for the right candidates and engage with them

  • Solid MS Office or G-Suite skills

  • Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus

  • First experiences working with an ATS

  • You do not like to track recruiting stats, e.g. funnel conversions

  • You do not feel comfortable creating content, e.g. texts, graphics, for our online career channels

  • You do not want to actively reach out to candidates on LinkedIn etc.
