As Head of People & Culture, you play a key role in building our company. Reporting directly to the CFO, you lead the People & Culture team and work directly with the management team on strategic topics, yet, you are not afraid of doing the necessary hands-on work. As we grow, one of your challenges will be to balance the acquisition of outstanding talent in a very competitive environment with the development and retention of our existing team. Create and execute a recruiting strategy to acquire outstanding talent for our business objectives
Continuously improve the recruiting process, find new channels and methods to win the best talent
Own and drive our people & culture programs and processes in the areas of performance management, development, and compensation to retain our best talents
Build on our exceptional employee engagement to enhance a great and diverse team culture
Set up a KPI driven team to implement numbers-driven improvements
At least 6 years of work experience in the area of HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position with outstanding performance
Proven experience in building and developing a numbers-driven HR team in a high-paced and very challenging environment, preferably a startup
Passion for talent acquisition and development
Strategic and creative thinker with a hands-on mentality to do the necessary groundwork including regular HR business partner activities
Fantastic communication skills, fluent in English and German
You do not want to work in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment where ad-hoc requests have to be balanced with long-term goals
Your main interest is on perfecting learning & development and regard recruiting just as a necessary evil
