As an important part of Konux Operations Team, you will be fully responsible for all IT equipment within two Konux offices (> 100 users), mainly in Munich Headquarters. This includes installation, administration, maintenance and security tasks for soft- and hardware (Mac and Windows) and the office networks. Also you will be First Point of Contact for Konux staff by resolving their IT issues and requests. While there is an existing setup of the IT infrastructure, you will continuously evolve it for the purpose of our growing headcount.
Administrator for G Suite, MS Office 365 and several other cloud-based apps like Zoom, Slack, Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
Local network administration using Unifi network infrastructure
First Point of Contact for Konux staff regarding technical issues and requests,
Setting up workplaces for new employees, incl. purchasing and order management
Tracking and maintaining offices´ equipment inventory and management of external suppliers,
Responsibility for the design of future office IT Infrastructure to achieve optimum performance, according to trends and technical development
Support in regular Audit and Compliance task
2+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable role (such as IT-Allrounder, IT Office Generalist)
Strong ability to self-learn and stay up-to-date with latest technology
Good understanding of security related aspects of workplace management
Independent, pro-active and customer-oriented approach
Vocational training in the field of IT (e. g. Fachinformatik) or University´s degree in applicable field, autodidacts are also welcome.
Experience both with Mac and Windows would be a great asset.
