Identifying and contacting the potential candidates on talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn or Xing
Creating content to attract talents
Being an active part of the recruitment process e.g. screening applications and coordinating interviews
Participating in job interviews
Optimizing the Talent Relationship Management
Handling of daily administrative duties
At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology or equivalent experience with the focus on Human Resources
Ambitious personality and willingness to learn
Reliable and highly structured working style
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic communication skills in German
