The Role

As a Customer Success Engineers at KONUX, you will be responsible for the partnership between KONUX and our customers, driving value realization and return on the client’s investment. Customer Success Engineers are technology-savvy individuals who not only have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies, but are also able to communicate efficiently with customers from a very traditional, less digitized industry. They work directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements, to develop solutions to ensure success and to keep them happy all the time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide client relationship management for high profile customers as well as mid-sized businesses
  • Be a trusted advisor to enable customers to apply our tools to achieve their business objectives
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development and consult with other team members to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of customer satisfaction
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed
  • Maintain client contact and provide status updates for all outstanding issues
  • Coordinate with customer support to ensure timely closure of quality issues
  • Fully understand client requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources

Required Skills and Experiences

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions
  • Outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills in German and English
  • Data-driven working style
  • Experience in dealing with high profile customers as well as medium sized businesses
  • Strong customer service aptitude and ability to develop long-term customer relationships
  • “Get things done”-mentality
