The Role

KONUX is looking for a marketing-minded growth hacker to build our growth strategy and reach new markets and customers. As Marketing Manager and Growth Hacker you will execute campaigns – highly focused on a quantitative approach – analyze data and manage growth projects. You will track and analyze critical customer events and identify growth and marketing opportunities. In this cross-functional role, you’ll be able to learn a lot and will have exposure to all levels of the organization. The ideal Growth Hacker has exceptional analytical skills, is creative and feels comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify, design and manage new, innovative marketing and growth projects from beginning to end
  • Measure marketing activities with emphasis on quantitative metrics and rapid scaling of effective projects
  • Model scenarios via spreadsheets and initiate marketing campaigns
  • Shape the customer experience and identify and manage critical touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Operate and execute our go-to-market strategy through multiple channels
  • Frequent interaction with our customers and support of the sales department with customer insights and presentations 

Required Skills and Experiences

  • You feel comfortable using various sources of data to drive key marketing/product decisions
  • You are familiar with the fundamentals of computer science and web technologies
  • A generalist, with experience focusing on growth – funnels, analytics, inbound/outbound lead generation
  • You have exceptional analytical skills and a creative mind
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Engineering degree or business degree with a technological background
