You lead a People & Culture team and work directly with the management team on strategic topics, yet, you are not afraid of doing the necessary groundwork. Create and execute a recruiting strategy to acquire outstanding talent for our business objectives
Continuously improve the recruiting process, find new channels and methods to win the best talent
Own and drive our people & culture programs and processes in the areas of performance management, development, and compensation to retain our best talents
Build on our exceptional employee engagement to enhance a great and diverse team culture
Set up a KPI driven team to implement numbers driven improvements
Continuously review our systems and tools to guarantee operational excellence
At least 6 years of work experience in the area of HR, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position with outstanding performance
Proven experience in building and developing an HR team in a high-paced and very challenging environment, preferably a startup
Passion for talent acquisition and development
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality to do the necessary groundwork
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills paired with a creative thinking style
Strong communication skills, fluent in English and German
