Our co-founder and current CEO Andreas Kunze has decided to solely focus on the Board of KONUX and serve as Vice Chairman. He will step down as CEO from KONUX after seven years due to health reasons.
Effective immediately, our co-founder and COO/CFO, Max Hasler, and our CRO, Andreas Busemann, jointly take over the CEO role of the company.
Max Hasler – Co-founder and KONUX´s COO/CFO Andreas Busemann – KONUX’s CRO; previously CEO of Vossloh AG, CEO of the Siemens Rail Automation Division and various board and management positions at subsidiaries of Deutsche Bahn AG.
Max Hasler said: "Andreas is an important part of our DNA.
