Sales of technically sophisticated sensor solutions to industrial customers at management level
Decision-making on strategic issues in sales and related areas and independent customer negotiations
Scaling a sales organization from the start-up phase up to $80M + size
You will help to build and automate a technical sales funnel that can be tuned for high velocity
Positioning of KONUX as trusted manufacturer and advisor concerning the IIoT / Industry 4.0
You will be responsible for the achievement of sales targets through training, development and motivation of the sales team
Strengthen customer loyalty by developing long-term partnerships
You accurately sort through inbound leads from web forms, conferences, meet-ups and other sources
Partner with Senior Director of Sales to help build the sales pipeline and implement sales processes
Completion of development projects with already qualified leads, prepared by the marketing team
Presentation of KONUX technology at the customers’ office and supervision of solution development for Key Accounts
