The Role

​As a (Sr.) Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our company’s future by ensuring we attract, find, and keep the right tech talent. You will enrich our existing recruiting team by your candidate-centric and metrics-driven mindset, and by laying the foundations of becoming the most attractive employer within our industry in Munich. The ideal candidate adapts quickly to a new environment, wants to be challenged and is able to handle multiple tasks at once without losing the big picture. Your Responsibilities

  • You own and manage the end-to-end tech recruiting process, and ensure a positive candidate/hiring manager experience throughout the entire hiring cycle

  • You leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing via Boolean etc.) to identify, assess and select the right candidates

  • You manage and represent KONUX at recruiting events and establish a candidate relationship management process for hard-to-fill roles

  • You support defining an Employer Branding strategy and translate it into tangible outputs, mainly for our career website and other externally facing platforms

  • You handle and improve daily administrative HR tasks & processes

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years experience in end-to-end tech recruiting, ideally in the field of (I)IoT, Embedded Systems, Software & Hardware Development / Engineering, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning

  • Ability to dive into new topics and hiring needs quickly and independently, successful collaboration with diverse hiring managers

  • Proven track record in tech recruiting, including active sourcing

  • Experience in sourcing niche tech candidates 

  • Reliable and highly structured working style

  • Solid MS Office skills

  • Full working proficiency in English, fluency in German would be beneficial

  • Experience with content management systems and ATS is a plus
