As a part of our engineering department, you will be the central interface to the product team. Taking product requirements from them and bringing them towards our engineering teams helping to guide end structure our agile development efforts. You will be our vital part of making sure requirements and up being developed in the right way, aligning our development teams and refining stories. With an agile and forward-facing look on things you plan and map out a detailed future of our product. You give everyone the security that we are getting into the envisioned direction.
Work on the interface between product stakeholders and IT engineering teams to make sure that the best possible product is built
Take and shape the product vision and make sure everyone can act on behalf of it
Align and detail out software requirements for different teams
Drive and coordinate development tasks and deployments
Write user stories and support realization and be the master of backlogs
Align individuals within the team and find the best solution for a given problem with different options
Focus on non-functional requirements ensuring a high-quality product
Someone who lived and breathed Product Owner roles for quite some time and can still not get enough of it
Minimum 4 years experience in a professional software development team
Knowledge in requirements engineering for software products
Expert knowledge of SCRUM, it’s different flavors and how to make it work within and between teams
Experience with distributed teams and teams of different disciplines (FE, BE, AI, SQA, DevOps)
A master communicator and a team player
Proficient English speaker, both written and spoken
